Return policy
Are you not satisfied with your new masterpiece? Too bad! But of course you can return it!
Please return your product within 14 days after you have received the order. You can do so by sending an email to hello@storytiles.nl with your name and order number within 14 days after receiving the the order.
StoryTiles will send you a confirmation mail and will explain how and to which address you can return the package. After receiving this conformation mail you have 14 days to send the package back to us.
Please note that we make and bake personalised StoryTiles especially for you, so it is not possible to return these.
Please note: Can i return plain tiles?
Our Plain Tiles are baked in Spain in certain batch. In order to prevent different batches from
mixing up and any nuances in colour that may arise, it is not possible to return the Plain Tiles.
However, it is possible to request a sample via our website.
